What for?

Mentoring is a process in which an experienced professional support another professional to develop his or her goals and skills through a series of time-limited, confidential, one-on-one conversations and other learning activities.

We design and provide a personalized mentoring programme for leadership development, foresight projects and/or strategy design.

This programme has a double advantage: you learn new tools and approaches, while achieving your professional goals. This service is one of our most demanded one, we will convene with you the most suitable program, guaranteeing quality of the outputs and confidentiality.

How Much?

We have always advocated that strategic thinking and leadership development, are fundamental assets to humanitarian action – essential to increase impact and to develop resilience. However, strategic foresight and leadership development courses remain very expensive, beyond the reach of many potential game-changers.

We have decided to disrupt that!

Mentoring session (individual or per working group):

• Sponsored price for migrants and refugees: 20 GBP per hour

• Price for leaders from grassroots movements or local NGOs: 45 GBP per hour

• Standard price: 85 GBP per hour

• Supporter fees: 120 GBP per hour

You can book these services for yourself, your team and if you are able to, contribute towards these trainings for local staff, community leaders or grassroots organizations by paying supporter fees.

Special prices can be negotiated for NGOs and aid agencies staff and min. 10 people

When, How to Start?

We suggest you to set your goals first, clarifying well your needs - then to use our free session to get to know each other, begin to establish trust and explore your expectations and goals feasibility.

Following this first session, we will write to you and propose a personalised mentoring programme with an estimation of the hours needed. If the programme fits with you well, you have just to book the sessions online and the journey begins!!
